We can guarantee 99.9% uptime because of our completely redundant network.
Copies of each of our client's website files are stored on a minimum of two servers. Each server "mirrors" the other and each server possesses two individual hard drives. Should one hard drive fail, the second is available to provide the information to the Internet. Should the second hard drive fail, the mirror server will ensure ready access to the Internet is available.
All servers are housed in a state-of-the-art secure environment.

Hosting is for a period of twelve months at which time it will be automatically renewed for each subsequent year unless written notice of termination is received from the client at least 30 days prior to termination.
